Shipping policy

Orders over $120 dollars within the US ship for free!

Orders up to 15.99oz will ship USPS first class which takes 3 to 5 days, sometimes longer. Over 16oz ships USPS priority which takes 2 to 3 days, sometimes longer.

Ready to ship yarn Generally ship in 1-3 business days from the time you place your order.

Backordered items will ship within 1 - 3 weeks from time of order. 

I ship packages Monday - Friday. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will ship Monday. 

Please note that shipping time frames starts from when your order is shipped, not from when you place your order. 

If there are any unexpected delays in shipping your items, you will be notified as soon as possible.

I am not responsible for delays in USPS transit times. once it is in the postal carriers possession there is nothing I can do to speed things up.

International Customers

International customers ship with USPS, depending on your location in the world it can take 14 days or more to receive your shipment.

We do not cover the costs of duties and taxes on our end. This is the responsibility of the customer on their region.

IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS CUSTOM/ BACKORDERED AND READY TO SHIP ITEMS.

THE ENTIRE ORDER WILL SHIP WHEN THE CUSTOM/BACKORDERED ITEM IS READY.
